As the HR Business Partner, you will be the primary HR support for our manufacturing operations during the 2nd/3rd shifts. You will lead efforts to maintain a positive workplace culture, acting as a liaison between employees and management. Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and coaching to both employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal matters. You will be the go-to person for resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
HR Support: Manage HR transactional matters and respond to general HR inquiries with sound judgment, escalating issues as necessary. You’ll collaborate with Plant Leaders to achieve business goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while coordinating with Health Nurses and EHS staff to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Coaching & Development: Offer coaching and feedback to employees and management to drive initiative-taking performance and foster a positive work environment. You will help guide discussions and decisions related to employee performance and discipline.
Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects that align with the site’s operational plan and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
