Compensation: Base Salary plus commissions with average first year earnings of $50,000 - $65,000Work Environment: Casual and professional, fostering a culture of high performance with low turnover. Employees work on-site from private offices with access to support staff and resources, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.Location: Columbia, Maryland (with national travel up to 25%)
