Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The role involves managing phone calls, scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Perform data entry and maintain records.
Organize and file documents.
Prepare and proofread correspondence.
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Greet visitors and handle mail.
Assist with meeting preparation and minute-taking.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience: 2 Years
Pay: $20-$22
Part-Time: 20 hours a week
