Location: Atlanta, GA United States Position Type: Part Time Post Date: 09/06/2024 Expire Date: 11/06/2024 Job Categories: Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations Job Description NOIR BLACK BUSINESS CLUBS AMBASSADOR AMBASSADOR ROLE Position Overview: As a Noir Black Business Club Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the presence of Noir Black Business Clubs on your college campus. You will actively identify, recruit, and connect with 10 additional Black students who are interested in establishing a club chapter. You will also lead efforts to organize and structure the club to ensure its successful launch. www.Noirbbc.org Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications: Enrolled College Student: Must be currently enrolled at the college or university where the Noir Black Business Club is being established. Passion for Empowerment and Economic Mobility: A demonstrated interest in supporting the economic growth and development of Black students and entrepreneurs. Leadership Experience: Previous involvement in student organizations, clubs, or leadership roles is preferred. Ability to lead and inspire peers. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with fellow students, faculty, and potential club members, both verbally and in writing. Networking and Recruitment Ability: Skilled at building relationships and recruiting students to join the Noir Black Business Club. Organizational Skills: Capable of organizing meetings, events, and structuring the club's activities. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Initiative and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet goals with minimal supervision. Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate with other ambassadors and Noir Black Business Club leadership to ensure the club’s mission is fulfilled. Knowledge of Business or Entrepreneurship (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with basic business principles, entrepreneurship, or related areas is a plus. Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: A genuine commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. Responsibilities: Recruit at least 10 additional Black students interested in establishing a Noir Black Business Club on campus. Lead efforts to organize and structure the club, including setting up meetings, developing agendas, and coordinating events. Serve as the primary liaison between the club and Noir Black Business Club leadership. Promote the club’s mission and goals across campus, ensuring alignment with the overarching objectives of Noir Black Business Clubs. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the club.
