About this team
The Global Distribution Technology teams are committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment and broader Supply Chain partners. Supporting both vendor and propriety systems the teams provide solutions to enable our partners in streamlining the lifecycle of product movement from our manufacturers to our DC's, from our DC's to our stores and guests.
A day in the life:
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of either a group of related projects, 1-2 programs across 3+ functions within lululemon, or 1-3 well established and mature scrum/operational teams.
The Program Manager oversees the Project Managers, Business/System Analysts, and Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key projects within the program that could be agile OR waterfall. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.
Responsible for overall delivery of a well-established capability in the program from planning to development that serves a long-term business objective OR responsible for 1-3 scrum/operational teams
Manages the assigned program including but not limited to managing established and mature products, teams, capability or category or technology solution implementation or migration
Creates overall timeline, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, cross-functional dependencies, reporting structure to track progress across multiple workstreams with guidance from Technology Manager and usage of 360 degree feedback from partners
Unblocks the team and proactively problem solves as needed throughout the program lifecycle with guidance from Technology Manager and feedback for key partners
Effectively identifies and solves for potential risks, issues, and development strategies to prevent realization of risks while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders
Validates that the project delivers the expected outcomes, supports business objectives, is of quality
Guides and coaches the Project Managers to ensure the objectives of a project are understood, documented, and measurable
Manages Program budget (actuals & forecast)
Helps drives resource management and 3rd party vendor management. Point of Contact for Procurement, Security, Legal, Stakeholder Management (Sponsor, Leadership, Architects)
Develops relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, China) and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.
Work closely with the partner teams on triaging, driving RCAs and action plans for short term vs long term fixes
Data driven mindset and uses data to make informed decisions.
Hands on with tools like Service Now, Jira, Microsoft Project, MS office
Qualifications:
5+ years in technology or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp in project management, 1-2 yrs in program management scrum/safe or other agile practice certification required if leading a scrum team.
Thorough understanding of technology domain, stack, and skills.
Ability to operate with low degree of ambiguity, leveraging existing processes and tools with guidance from Technology Manager
Proven experience managing budget of >=$1M capex annually or size of initiative along with experience in forecasting.
Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid & agile delivery teams
Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and North America
Passion for problem solving w/ an ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities
Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$136,200 - $170,200
the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
