Onsite Position:
This position is located in our Bethel, PA distribution center and is considered to be Fully Onsite, work is to be done onsite at a PetSmart location (Phoenix Home Office, PetSmart stores, Merchandise Development Center, Distribution Centers or another PetSmart site).
Bethel, Pennsylvania is between Harrisburg and Allentown on Interstate 78. Hershey is only 20 minutes away.
We have a relocation package available for those not already living within 50 miles of Bethel, PA.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for providing strategic direction, implementing initiatives and providing solutions to improve performance within their building. The GM creates a culture of associate engagement and strategically works to drive that culture through the leaders and initiatives.
