Amazing construction company seeks an Office Manager to join the company.
Keys to hire:
5-10 years of experience in construction industry or related field
Ability to supervisor small office and employee 10 - 15 employees
Must be able to do bank reconciliations, vendor negotiations, and CA conditional release (certified payroll)
4-7 years of experience in a human resources generalist role (Sourcing, Prescreening, Interviewing for company requisitions, Onboard, performance improvement plans, investigations, Workers Compensation, Offboarding, and Terminations)
Computer savvy (Docusign, Adobe, MS Office Suite)
Must have experience with employee manual time keeping 2 years of experience minimum.
HR Software savvy (Paycom, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus. Bachelors degree is Business is preferred but not required. Company offers 401k, generous compensation, and great stability.
