The Practice Manager will manage and oversee daily outpatient practice operations. This position will manage administrative and clinical staff, assuring the office runs efficiently, and work to solve problems. The Practice Manager develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of operations at all locations and makes recommendations to upper management regarding staffing issues and procedural changes. Manages business functions including, but not limited to, scheduling, registration, billing, collection, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing. Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment. Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.
