Foundational HRLDP Internship Program:The F-HRLDP Internship is a 10–12-week program providing an opportunity to demonstrate the potential to be one of our extraordinary HR Leaders of the future. During the internship, participants will undertake a project-based assignment. This will offer opportunities to expand knowledge and experience in one of our core areas of HR practice, which include (but are not limited to):

Positions are likely to be based at one of our two HR hubs located in New Jersey or Florida.The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22.75/hour and $40.00/hour, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. This position is overtime eligible.Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
Co-Ops and Interns may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
