Hybrid Position:
This position may be considered Hybrid based on PetSmart’s FlexSmart policy and business needs. A Hybrid work arrangement is considered to be a blend of onsite and remote work activity. Associates with a Hybrid work arrangement have a work space at Phoenix Home Office and can be required to come onsite between 1-5 days a week as determined by leadership and based on business needs.
The Senior Site Merchandiser (eCommerce) is essential in translating and implementing merchandising and Digital strategy into the online shopping experience. The Senior Site Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing fundamental aspects that create the functionality of the e-commerce business and driving customer-centric experiences to grow their respective business. The person in this position will work closely with Buying and Marketing teams to enhance and merchandise the online assortment, elevate key events, and deliver a seamless customer journey.
