As the Global Strategic Account Manager for North America at X-Rite, you will partner with customers to provide them the best software solutions in the packaging and marketing space. Your core focus will be to work with regional and global (FMCG) consumers goods companies to improve their color workflow and print quality results in the packaging supply chain.
You will be part of a highly skilled and experienced global team and will help and guide your customers through a digital color transformation. This is an opportunity for you to lead in North America by partnering with the regional sales and marketing teams to help expand the brand programs to suppliers. In addition to expanding current programs, you will lead the effort to innovate new commercial approaches for our brand customers, so we can serve them better.
In this role, the Account Manager will maintain and develop existing business, manage and consult established customers, and seek new business opportunities within your region. When onsite with customers, you will share product knowledge and be an outstanding partner to delivering solutions.
