Servicenow Technical lead
• ServiceNow Technical SME/Architect with 8+ years of ServiceNow hands experience in Development, Platform Upgrade, Integrations, and Support
•Able to manage end to end engagement with 20 ServiceNow FTEs working onshore / Offshore model
•Customer Interfacing and business user management.
•Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM modules
•Experience in developing Service Catalogs, Workflows, Catalog Scripts, Service Portal, macros etc.
•Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.
•Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.
•Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.
•Strong analytical, problem solving skills
•Clear written and verbal communication skills
•Keen to learn new technology and tool sets
Comfortable with ServiceNow CMDB.
