ReGeneration Schools is a non-profit charter management organization that's dedicated to creating successful schools through a college prep and character mission. We currently manage three elementary schools in Chicago, IL. Our mission is to that all children have equal access to high quality, college preparatory education. We prepare our students to enter and succeed in college through effort, achievement and the content of their character. We are looking for a dynamic Elementary Principal Fellow (K-2) for the Bond Hill campus who can inspire students, put excellence ahead of easy, and project urgency about closing the opportunity gap. This individual will cultivate learning communities that are simultaneously academically rigorous and joyful.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Associate Superintendent, this school leader will set the vision for school culture and academics; design and implement a rigorous coaching plan for teachers; and lead the leadership team to ensure that students graduate career and college ready.

Experience using data to lead others towards the improvement of student outcomes.
Reflective about personal strengths and weaknesses and able to effectively balance
confidence with humility.
Understanding of the nuances of urban school environments and school culture.
At least 3 years of teaching experience in an urban district or charter school
setting; and 2 years of leadership/coaching experience required.
Valid State Administrative Certification.
Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
