Job Description

 Regional Solutions and Digital Partnerships (RSDP) meets the prioritized needs of Visa’s regional markets and quickly turns innovative ideas into revenue-generating products through a dedicated, fast and fungible technology resourcing model that addresses a gap in Visa’s global product development delivery process and delivers critical business capabilities that establish more successful country-specific solutions, enable regional, fintech, big tech, and other key digital partners to thrive, and inform corporate investment decisions amidst the evolving payments ecosystem.

We will extract, combine and transform raw data from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.

Collect, analyze and report on metrics to demonstrate progress of projects and programs against their planned goals and deliverables.

Present portfolio data in tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Learn key management skills:

                o   Strong Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written skills

                o   Meeting facilitation

                o   Team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution

                o   MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business management or a related field, graduating December
2023 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent scale)
• Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical
errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that
demonstrate professional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing systems/tools administration desired.
• Strong Excel skills and preference to learn some database querying skills.
• The candidate will be organized and adaptive to constant change in demands
• Able to be effective in a fast-paced environment and learn to multi-task while staying focused on
deliverables
• The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
• Strong ability to collaborate
• Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
• Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $25/hr to $30/hr USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
