Under the supervision of the Critical Care Nurse Manager, the incumbent delivers the highest quality patient care to a wide variety of critically ill patients in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional standards of care. The incumbent collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve quality, productivity and efficiency holistic care . The incumbent provides continuous of care , by direct observation applying critical thinking and EBP decision making in the care of the patient . Will assess critically-ill patients applying physical examination technical , physiologic monitoring, and interpretation ,Cardiovascular electrocardiogram and also will care for pre- and post-operative patients. Demonstrated excellent customer services skill and team player , with good verbal and written communication abilities. Compassion, caring from patients, family and other healthcare team members.
WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating 12 hour shifts: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm or 7:30 pm - 8:00 am
